Getting any kind of home fix-its done these days is always fraught with cost, inefficiency, communication gaps, and even fraud, so imagine my pleasure at working with Blue Collar Plumbing for the first time. When we had a problematic toilet covered under our warranty, Alexis from BC Plumbing reached out almost immediately to set up an appointment. They're up in Santa Rosa and we're in Marin, but there was no hassle and getting a same-week appointment was a breeze.
Ted was right on time and immediately diagnosed the issues, with the part fixes in his truck. He explained what he was going to do, showed me the parts he replaced, and also took the time to answer a couple of related questions, even providing additional guidance to getting our hands on a hard-to-find toilet seat to replace the defective one we have. Totally friendly guy, just like Alexis was super-nice over the phone, and now I find out they're a husband-wife team. I also come to find out that Ted goes above and beyond if anything ever goes wrong. You call BCP once, and you truly become their customer.
It's one thing to try to do good work, but to embed it as a best practice and then keep reinforcing it, is what seems to be the MO of Blue Collar Plumbing. I hope I won't have to call again for a plumbing fix, but if I do, these guys are an easy choice.
